The FIRST top 12 contestant leaving American Idol Season 7 is :

DAVID HERNANDEZ

" a contestant with big voice and great vocal."

i'm assuming that the rumours of his life being a stripper before entering the competition was the reason why he did not get enough vote. his performance overall was great except the fact that during last night show, he was quite over-doing the song. yet he'd sang it well.

Kristy on the other hand was kinda expecting that she's going to be the first person to be sent home. but she's lucky. her performance last night was tremendously terrible. she'd tried to change the song to Country song which the performance was not convincing for the judges.
